Who Usually Books a Demo
Most calls come from teams running live sessions where more than one language is in the room.
Event and conference teams
Multi-track agendas that need every session covered in several languages without renting booths and receivers.
Comms and internal teams
All-hands, town halls and training delivered once and understood by a distributed workforce.
Broadcast and streaming
OBS and vMix productions that need live captions and translated audio on the output.
Houses of worship
Weekly services for congregations that speak several languages between them.
Education and training
Lectures and onboarding where attendees follow along in their own language on their own device.
Agencies and AV partners
Teams delivering language access for clients who need it repeatable across many events.
Demo FAQs
How long is the demo?
Thirty minutes. That is enough to run a live session, cover the settings that matter for your use case and answer questions. If you need longer we will book a follow-up.
Can I try Maestra Live without booking a call?
Yes. The live tool is free to try with no form and no sales call — start a session in your browser and hear the translation for yourself. Book a demo when you need it for an event, a team or a volume that needs a quote.
Will you talk about pricing?
Yes. Bring the number of languages, the length and frequency of your sessions and rough attendee numbers, and we will walk through what it costs for that shape of usage.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No. It helps if you can tell us the languages you need and the format of your sessions, but we can work that out on the call. If you want to see it on your own content, have a link or a file ready.
Who should join from my side?
Whoever runs the sessions, plus anyone who owns the AV or meeting platform. For enterprise rollouts it is worth having someone from IT or procurement on the call so pricing and security questions get answered once.
What if the time slots do not work for me?
Book the closest slot and mention your timezone in the booking notes, or reply to the confirmation email and we will find a time that works.
