The first translation you get for each file will be free of charge. Past that point we'll charge you an additional fee of your file's duration in minutes for each translation you generate.

Yes you can. Maestra is a cloud based online software which means you can log in and edit your files on almost any laptop or desktop with an internet connection.

We will charge your available Maestra credits for each file you successfully upload and transcribe. The charge will be calculated depending on your file's duration in minutes. (e.g. for a 50 second video/audio file, 1 minute will be deducted from your account.) With Maestra's subscription model, every credit you have will reset each month.

Yes there is! We offer a 20% discount for students, teachers, and non-profit organizations. After you submit payment, please let us know and we'll refund the 20% from the initial payment, and all future payments will be charged at the discounted rate.

Yes it is. Your payment is processed using Stripe, world's one of the largest payment processors. Not even we can see your credit card information!
